Overated hole in the wall. Anyone that calls this authentic or finds anything special about this, should visit one of the thousand carnicerias in Houston. For one, the flour tortillas are not home made, they are the ones you buy at heb which is flattened dough that is supposed to be cooked. Which I don't mind, but the problem is they were not cooked, just heated. So no fluffy flour tortillas, just heated raw dough.    Read moreThe employees are not organized their âsystemâ to take orders consisted of several people asking us what we wanted but no one paid attention or wrote it down. They seemed eager to take our order but when we did give them our order they kept coming to our table asking what we ordered, this happened with all the customers that were there. They forgot my tacos I had to remind them and repeat my order after I finished the 1 Gordita they did bring me. As we're sitting there eating I could hear them arguing about if they charged a man properly for his order. Seems like the cashier charged them too little... Not coming back here again. The food wasn't that great either 5 out of 10 at best the salsas were watery not spicy at all hardly any flavor. Worst experience ever not coming back here again. Overpriced for the...

Good Mexican food is hard to find even in Texas...Its places like this one that captures great flavor of home cooked Mexican food. The place doesn't look like it would be place I would stop to eat, but I read the Google reviews and decided...lol I've eaten in worst places. So I gave it a try..I'm glad I did too! It was $2 big tacos with any type of delish topping you want.. and I promise it fills you up. Its a diamond in the rough for sure. This place may not know great building architecture, lol but its clean and they know great food... Look at the times when open and closed though.. Hint...trash burrito. But don't tell "everybody" now, I want some tacos to myself too! Ha ha.. Happy...
