If I could give 0 stars I would, I will no longer go to this store that is so convenient for me because of the employee Trey. Since I’ve mentioned to him the first time that I don’t think the special is grabbing since I put my number in, he has accused me of yelling at me. Which is not my character, it makes no sense for ANYONE to yell at someone for in store specials displayed. All I did was mention if they longer doing the specials and ever since there it is clear he does not like me. Today I went in to grab some drinks and chips and the first thing he tells me when I’m putting my stuff down on the counter is “just checking you check if it’s the right one this time because I don’t want you yelling at me”. Where in the world did he think that was professional…. I’m not sure. I told him again I did not yell at you all I did was ask a question, I believe you are just being sensitive over this. He responded with NO WOMEN ARE SENSITIVE. Then proceeded to say that women think MEN don’t have the right to be sensitive too. I don’t see what WOMEN or MEN have to do with anything about buying merchandise from the gas station. Management definitely needs to have a talk with Trey this is ridiculous at this point. Dear convenience store. I have been driving by the past couple of weeks. It appears that you sell everything. However, I tried to buy gas, twice. You have none. I tried to buy ice cream. Your freezer was kaput. I tried to buy a fountain drink months ago. Out of order.....for months. So it appears that you actually sell nothing. The store down the street is getting your business. You do have friendly employees and a clean store. Straighten up or that giant pest control company that comes in every day for gas, food and drinks will find another venue. If I could put zero stars I would, went in there to order tacos and customer service was the worst. Lady making the tortillas had a really poor attitude, and was talking negatively about my order when she was right in front of me. The guy taking the order had no idea what he was doing and was confusing my order. Employees are just a reflection of how management is. Couldn’t be more upset with my experience here, I love the breakfast tacos but never again am I visiting this location they definitely don’t...
