Have always had great service until tonight. This new night shift just doesnât seem to want business. We walked to the store, not knowing the lobby was closed and they were only drive thru. However, we thought it would be no problem to order online and walk up to the drive thru window, especially since the manager opened the front door to give our dogs bacon, and verbally told her we were placing an order. I So we placed an order. After waiting patiently for roughly 20 minutes, I walked up to the drive thru window. The worker opened it, and informed us that she didnât know we had ordered because we were not in a car that would indicate a customerâs presence. That would normally be understandable, but considering we informed them verbally that we were ordering, and there was no other customer during the entire time we were there, that was not a good reason to ignore our order.
Once the order looked finished, the two employees went back to the office without letting us know it was ready. I had to knock on the glass to get their attention. Keep in mind there are only two employees and we were still the only customer.
After finally grabbing their attention, she handed me our food and drinks. When I walked off, I realized they left out our two donuts and muffin. They were back in the office now, so we called instead. They told us they were out of the donuts we ordered, and had to ask what they had. After settling that, I went back to the window and also asked for my muffin. The worker then stated that she would need to look at the ticket because she didnât remember a muffin being on the order.
Upon returning, I was told with a bit of an attitude âfor future reference, my manager said not to order anymore without being in a car and using the drive thruâ. I explained that I understood, but we had walked and didnât realize the lobby was closed, and didnât think it would be a problem to order drive thru pick up. The manager then told the worker âclose the window, he wonât understandâ.
What a shame! I love Dunkinâ, but this experience makes it really difficult to return to this location. This manager shouldnât have a job, let alone be rewarded with any business...

I placed an order through the app and when I pulled to the window the female working the drive thru that just asked the name on the order right before I pulled up asked me when I got to the window did I have the iced coffee. I stated what I ordered and asked for condiments to go with the order. She hands me half of my order with no condiments in the bag that I literally just asked her to put in the bag. Then I didn't get the half dozen donuts I had with the order. She opened the window back up and I once again asked for the donuts and condiments. I got the condiments right away but she seemed lost on my donuts and they wasn't ready at all. I had to tell them what I ordered even after I see 3 employees look at the order screen. Management needs to ensure how to make sure the employees are trained and give great customer service it's very disappointing. I told them what donuts were supposed to be in the order and I said 2 of the wrong kind which is my fault. It shouldn't have been a problem to begin with if the order was done correctly. I will definitely speak with the Store Manager over this order due to the major lack of service...

I get bad service bad food, bad coffee places, not up-to-date with the rest of the other Dunkinâ Donuts donât go here if I could rate you less stars, I would, nobody likes to give high-fives there the girl that took my order tonight. Her fire her she was extremely unfriendly, so was everyone of the staff members and they dress like garbage they need to cover up there cats they need to have nicer haircuts tucked in shirts and they need to look appropriate for work number one and when someone comes to you, you be back shame on you Dunkinâ Donuts I will never visit another Dunkinâ Donuts again, and you have to do quite a bit to offend me thatâs a hard thing to do and Iâm a veteran disabled veteran on top of that and I got treated like garbage and I paid for my drinks weâre done and Iâll call corporate and believe me you havenât heard the last me or my friends because they wonât neither go to the Milligan Johnson City Dunkinâ Donuts whatever you do, and if you do...
