Subway — Restaurant in Johnson City

i’ve given this store multiple chances over the years and i’ve finally had it. Do note that i’ve been to this place more than just 3 times but these where the times i really became livid and questioned my life choices. the first strike was asking for more mayo on my sandwich and them saying something along the lines of you sure? you really don’t need anymore there’s a lot of fat in it. Second strike was i ended up getting extremely sick from the tuna salad. I’ve had it at other locations and been fine but this one made my stomach turn and i wasn’t leaving the wiz palace for hours. (that should have been the last chance but what can i say i’m lazy and don’t wanna sit at another red light to get to my food.) So i ended up going again and was blown away with the rudest butthole woman i’ve EVER met. I’m just gonna drive the extra few miles to another subway. Honestly whenever i’ve came here the associates have been either extremely great and usually high or most of the time rude. The only reason i wouldn’t want this place shut down is because the rude staff would end up finding another establishment to ruin...

While we were there trying to order our subs, some kid was pulling the ceiling tiles down to clean them. Stuff was flying everywhere and water was dripping onto the food/papers from the ceiling. I asked if they could do that at another time because we didn’t want that stuff In our food. They stated they were told they had to do it right now. People were lining up behind us. One man left because he refused to take a chance of that stuff in his food. You could see it flying around! The guy and his “manager” would not stop taking the ceiling tiles down. I asked if they couldn’t do that after hours to protect our food. She stated she was just doing what she was told to so. We will never go back to this location and neither will many other that witnessed it. So disrespectful to the customers and I’m sure that breaks a few rules with the health...

I will never go to this location again. We ordered 3 sandwiches from the mobile app and they were all nasty. I ordered extra meat and there was literally barely any meat on there. It was sloppy and dripping wet. There also were hardly any vegetables on there and not fresh. I called them to get a refund. The lady that took my call said they did not have a manager on duty to help me, and to call back the next day, and they would look at the cameras to see if the girls who made the sandwiches put extra meat on there. You can tell from the pictures I took there is hardly any meat on there let alone extra meat. I gave her my name and number for the manager and still havent heard...
