Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Johnson City

Pals in general is great, but this one DOES NOT hold to standards! They are incredibly loud inside the store, yell profanities and such back and forth to each other loudly, forget straws, do not show the required politeness at the window (not even a “have a good day” sometimes - which is a requirement for employees), turn their back on customers at the window, the occasional burger order mistake, etc. I have personally worked in Pals and know their rules/very high standards and know they’re the main reason the community loves them, but this pals has been consistently missing that mark for months. This location needs to get it together. They messed up my order not once but twice yesterday. I came through and ordered 2 double junior burgers and 2 fries. After leaving I realized I was only given one burger instead of the 2 I paid for. I called and then ended up going back by later to get my burger which was a pain. I get home to eat it and then see I was only given a regular junior burger and not the double junior burger that I paid for. I give up. This is ridiculous, I just won't visit this location anymore. Dont get me wrong the food and staff are great at this location. Its clean and fast. My issue is I love pals cause no need to check the bag cause they get your order right. I go to this location about 2 times a week. Id say 50% of the time they mess up the order. Ask for double sauce burger, you get charged for it but get a single. Ask for bacon on you big pal get charge 2+ dollars and its left off. Add pickle, no pickles etc. They really struggle here to do anything outside of how the item comes. Id like to see them do better. The food is still great just want to trust my order is right like I do all other...
