I would love to give 5 stars, I really would, the food is well prepared and very clean and the location is very clean.

But, as in life, it's always attention to detail that prevents the perfect score. In this case, it's the fried smelts (mini sardines, floured and battered). They prepare them well, except they LEAVE the bones in the smelts, which can cause a customer to choke. REMOVE the bones and please use real olive oil to prepare the smelts.

In the mediterranean, fried seafood is always prepared with real olive oil, not peanut oil, not vegetable oil, not corn oil, use REAL olive oil and the dish is a perfect ten.

The snail salad has chopped onions, ( less is more ) and again, no idea what kind of oil/dressing is being used, but it's NOT olive oil. A little more authenticity please, and kudos for a clean location, clean bathrooms, excellent service, and clean food, well presented and prepared.
