Called to make a delivery order, once making the order was put on hold which was no problem. Another person answered the phone and don’t know what I was on hold for when they asked for the name I told them they didn’t ask for one and then also said they could take my card information which then I asked if they needed my address which they also didn’t take, I was put on hold again. Once coming back on the phone the girl informed me that they could not deliver to where I was even though it was 1.3 miles away and 4 minutes from them. When asked why they couldn’t she told me that they couldn’t go over there so I said it was a little over a mile and then she told me the reason was because they didn’t have enough drivers. When I asked for more, he said "A dollar fifty"; I walked out the door and went to the nearby grocery to pick up some marinara sauce instead, then went back to the office and ate my now cold calzone.
The food may have been adequate if not for these failures, but the sheer customer service or lack-there-of made this a...
