Tony's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Johnstown

The fall of tony's for me is when they stopped bringing in the cakes that were from oakmont bakery as well as the other pastries. My kids had these cakes for many birthdays, celebrations, etc. I was told the new owners didnt wamt to pay the delivery fee that the bakery was beginning to charge. Idk of there is any truth to that...also, i work with people in the community that use an EBT card...i would do many sessions at tony's so my clients(mental health and substance abuse reintegration) could use their EBT cards and feel good about getting out into the community and enjoy a good sub....well, they stopped taking them in which i am certain had a drastic change in numbers from previous years as i ALWAYS seen people using EBT...

Ordered a sub as a walk in. It was busy. Five or six customers came in after me. A few were online orders. Everyone that came in after me received their orders. A half hour later I walked up to the counter only to find my order sitting there and the lady working the counter said nothing. When she saw me standing by my order she walked right past me and disappeared into the back. So I checked the receipt I had with the receipt in the order bag and it matched. I just took it and left. I'm on a job site right by this place.. I love the pizza & the people are friendly but the service is just terrible.. they're nice but they mess up. if I dont get pizza they mess it up & I've given them so many chances. once I got a sub with just letace on it.. also most of the menu is made certain days but it doesn't say that.. like soup only some days pproni rolls & strumbollis only Saturday. all salads only tues-fri... it has potential they just need better workers to run it better.. I know I'll personally never eat here again.. they also scam you but I wont...
