The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Every time I come they change the way they give out condiments...1st mild sauce was free, next just one mild sauce free and any additional .54 cents each. Now you get no sauce for free with the 1st one being .25cents and any after .54 cents each. On top of that, they charge .10 cents for LEMON PEPPER....seasoning!!!smh And instead of telling you all this is EXTRA...they ask you do you want it and just charge you...if I didn’t ask for a receipt I would’ve never known that I was charged extra. Then to put the icing on the cake, when the young lady asked did I want ketchup (the only thing free) for two orders, she got scolded by the older lady for giving me a handful of ketchup...she told her she only should have given me 2 ketchup packets! When she said that, I gave them some tips on being a better business and what customer satisfaction can really do for a business! With that being said, I will not give them my business anymore because if money is more important than giving out sauce and lemon pepper on a $10 meal then I don’t want it. I went through the drive-through and asked a few questions regarding food allergies, but I had a very hard time understanding the employee due to a strong accent. I also ordered a watermelon lemonade, and after paying, I was asked to pull forward so my food could be brought out.
Still confused about what was said over the intercom, I went inside the restaurant to clarify. I politely asked if there was someone else available who might be easier for me to understand, as I was genuinely struggling to communicate. Rather than showing understanding, the employee became argumentative and insisted that she understood me. I explained that the issue wasn’t her understanding me—it was me having difficulty understanding her. Despite trying to remain respectful, the situation escalated into a frustrating back-and-forth, and I ultimately decided to leave.
