Stopped in yesterday bc my friend needed a new vape thing. I'm a cigarette smoker but I've cut down A LOT to not even a full cigarette a day, sometimes I don't even have one at all but just still crave a little. Anyway my friend was looking something specific which they didn't have at the moment but Javier pointed him right to the next best thing and he was super happy with it. He got like blue dream something idk đ So obviously I have no idea about anything when it covers to any of this. Like Brenden was also explaining a lot of stuff to my friend and I had no clue what he was talking about. I had asked him if they just had cigarettes but he showed me some disposable vapes since they didn't carry cigarettes. I've had a few puffs from friend's vapes before but still never really tried one of my own. Brenden showed me a couple brands called Puff Plus and Breeze Plus. He had me try the mixed berry Puff bar and it was so yummy, I also got one in piña colada. I wanted another one bc I'm going to Vegas next month so he recommended the Breeze brand and I picked out the strawberry cream flavor. Brenden is awesome, he was super helpful. I actually think I'm just going to switch to vapes bc I really don't smoke a lot anymore and I think vape are a better option since when I do smoke I just want a couple of drags. Same with the THC/CBD bc my friend let me try his and I liked that one too. I've been interested in vapes before but never bothered bc of my lack of knowledge and other shops I've been to weren't helpful at all. But so the guys at Mi Vape were not only helpful but they seem really educated about their products they carry. Javier, Brenden and James. Also, really patient when it came to me not knowing much. Walked in not expecting to get anything and walked out with 3 vapes and some cool freebies. They have great deals and a rewards program where you can earn points to add towards your purchase! I'll definitely be coming back to this shop, specifically because they were all so helpful and showed great customer service.

   Read moreThis place is ok. Some of the staff is great. They need to work on how to handle customers when there are multiple in the store at once. When youâre working with someone and they have no clue what they want and someone else comes in and waits 5-7 minutes and nobody asked what you needed is awful! Today, Saturday morning 7/27 at 10:30am this happened to me. The sales associate was working with a couple they had no idea what they wanted. I get it, sometimes everything can be over whelming. So I was standing there waiting and waiting and waiting. These people clearly had no idea what they wanted meanwhile i was standing right in front of what I needed but the sales girl couldnât say excuse me to the couple and come check me out right quick. So I left my purchase and walked out. Went right over to Lava Vape. He was working with someone who was asking questions but said one minute to the customer came and checked me out and then he tended to the guy he was working with. You lose sales and customers by not assisting and people asking questions understand other customers may come in and check out right away. Never an issue. So going forward, I wonât be back to MI Vape- there is also MANY times they donât have what I need.    Read moreGreat customer service! UpdateâŠ!!! Yesterday I bought a ânewâ vape from this location. I used it for about an hour then it stopped working. I took it back today and asked if they could exchange it for something of equal value. He took it into a back room and plugged it in saying it was dead. At first I was happy it was working! But then he said it was a few years old and my charger was too powerful! He did offer me a wall charger that would work for it, but I told him that itâs of no use for me as I use it at work and have no walls to plug it in to. He said all sales are final. I explained that if I had known, that I would have chosen a device that I can use with my current car charger. I asked a third and final time if there is anything they can do to make it right, and added that if not they could keep it and the money since I canât use it at work where I need it. I have been a customer of theirs for several months and have spent at least hundreds of dollars. I wasnât even trying to get my money back, something of equal value would have been fine! I would have even given them the difference between that and a more expensive vape.
