Depending on the employee taking care of you, your experience here can vary. However, all in all I have to give them five stars. I was very disappointed in this location for a little while due to an employee that seemed as which was only there about a week or so. He shorted me $10 on my change and when I brought this up to him, he acted as if I was the thief. It was obvious what he did as every other employee keeps your money on top of the register tray until you accept your change and then they put your money in the appropriate place within the tray. Standard practice in utilizing a cash register - provides a layer of back up and protection for both the employee and the customer. This is the only employee that has ever taken my money first and put it directly into the appropriate slots before giving me my change, which as aforementioned, was$10 short. Obvious what he did, of course he is not going to admit it. However, every single other experience I've ever had at this Subway has been excellent. And, the aforementioned employee has not been seen for a while. He was probably only there maybe a couple of weeks. Either that, or I just keep missing him which is fine with me.
There is another young man that works there that is very good at his job. He has been at this location quite a while now. He has the ability to continue doing his job without hesitation while simultaneously keeping up his end of the conversation.. He cares both about what he is doing and your satisfaction. He is a credit not only to this Subway location, but also to his generation as a whole. You can tell by speaking with him that he is a young man that ihs going to go places by his own efforts.
Okay, I'm going to stop now as if you have read through this entire rant, this Subway location is probably closed for the evening by now. Seriously however, this Subway does stand out as a better one of the multiple...
Read moreI went to this location on Friday noticed it was very clean, quiet, nice. Presented my coupon for 2 Foot longs for 12.99. I immediately noticed she was hiding behind this shield thing that keeps you from seeing how much meat they putting on ur sandwich. So I tell her white bread and that I wanted my mayo on both sides of the bread before she laid the meat. So I'm waiting for her to slide the sandwich down the line to where I can see so I asked for light lettuce she takes a heaping amount and lays it on the sandwich.I said I Said light lettuce she was trying to cover the fact that she had little meat.So I notice she didn't cover the open side of my sandwich with mayo so I said can you put mayo on the other half of my sandwich? She grabs the mayo as if she had an attitude and put it on. Then I asked for tomatoes, pickles, and olives. She barely coated my sandwich to where I had to ask for more. The moral of the story is I will never return to this location!!!!!! Not even my normal Subway just happened to be in the area I know now just to keep going to my usual spot. This place is horrible I left with a sandwich well BREAD!!!!!! The smallest Subway sandwich I've ever had....

She never understood what i order and when another girl try to help she always stopped her for talked!! Such a ridiculous! The old lady always stop her to talk with customers! Even she so friendly and nice! I like to place order with young lady more she always smile and always asking me how was my day? She is the only reason i want to go there! For last time i went there i told old lady to put more black olives for me she make the face and dont know which language she said to me! She have Alot of attitude to making sandwich!
