Fresh Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Jonesboro

After researching and looking for vegan restaurants google suggested this place. After placing an order over the phone I forgot ask them if their meats was plant based. Called back 4 times no one answered. Pulled up and nothing on their menu was vegan LOL Anita rung me up and she was straight. The women with the bonnet demeanor was super standoffish when I asked her if any of their meats was plant based. She looked at me with a blank stare and instead of saying no she said “salmon” is not vegan. Well Obviously... I’m not upset at the fact what I ordered wasn’t vegan food, that’s my fault. when I just wanted to know what else they had. I wasn’t upset until I felt that stank attitude. I really wanted to ask her did they sell anything vegan because I wanted to order something else, but because of her attitude ... it made me think that a lot of people have encountered this incident with them, and I couldn’t take anymore negative energy. Good thing I have family members who eat salmon I drove too far to turn back. Still over priced though for a single wrap $10 for a small wrap no drink nor side. Not worth it because nothing really seemed special about this place. Normally you can get a full meal for that amount when it’s not vegan. Ima take this L. And hopefully my brother enjoy this wrap.

Update: The part that upset me most is that she kept over talking me saying the same thing about the meats not being vegan .. okay I get it! I swear I wasn’t going back and forth with this lady. So I didn’t understand why I couldn’t even finish my sentence. Or even ask a question. But anyways ... after finding out they sell vegan food from the owner. Im even more disappointed. I’m thinking instead of being rude that could’ve been the perfect opportunity to upsell my order and let me know! She probably had a long day .. it was almost time for them to close. Either way. I’m good, because her demeanor left a bad taste...

I have supported this place forever, I even spoke with a man who was working there and he was so sweet and they gave me a couple of complementary items they dash but today the girl Naima on the phone was horrible, her attitude was rude. I asked for a manager she was very dry and nonchalant, I let her know they sent me sour lemonade that I always order, this lemonade is clearly soiled And you can smell it. There’s also some type of residue seed at the bottom of the drink and that’s never been the case, I literally have pictures of every time I ordered here because at one point I ate here for a week straight. I had to call them and let them know they are doing the thing , and keep up the good work !! But when I told her she said what… That lemonade was just made today so I’m confused! Girl excuse me??? I will be calling back to speak with a manager. I don’t have to lie about a three dollar drink, it’s clearly old! But I’ll bring it by to let you smell it Naima. Ridiculous! And then she hung up lol this took place around 1:43 7/13. I ordered this lemonade all the time and again I have pictures of how it looks it never has came with any type of seeded stuff at the bottom. Just went back this isn’t seeds or pulp— idk what it is. April 22 is when I tagged them in my story and they reposted. I ate there April like 20-24 back to back, I told the man who answered yall gonna be sick of me cause imma keep ordering and he laughed, so the fact that Naimas cx service was so horrible, unacceptable. I don’t even leave reviews, but this is needed.

Update to 3:45ish o’clock—— store owner Carlton called, I’m very pleased with how he has rectified the situation, even just listening. Not to mention, the callback was extremely quick. I will continue to eat here. I will also up my stars. The food is made with love and the management team is very genuine and friendly....

UPDATE: I paid $7 and some change for the sandwich. So The Owner needs to ask me what I paid instead of lying on here. Lastly I don't care if prices are subject to change. You need to let people know they have changed. We have a right to Know what we are paying. Period. Nasty attitude and unprofessional. Your food is bland and unsatisfying. That's not a good look.

😒Respectfully. I could never get any satisfaction out of the overpriced, overrated food here. I really do not appreciate the reviews tricking me into thinking that the food was so " delightfully tasty". I Ordered a chicken salad sandwich for me and my daughter in the name of good health and not supporting a franchise. However I discovered they don't tell you that the price on the menu is not the price they are charging you. Very misleading. The cashier claims that chicken salad and salmon was the same price but I decided to try it anyway. The size of the sandwich for the price is not worth the money. I could buy everything and make it myself at home an still have some leftover. Lastly, it does not taste good. I had to put something on it to give it some flavor so I could eat it instead of throwing it away. My daughter was...
