3.5 is the number of stars I wish I could give it. I went here on a second date, my choice, because of its location and not wanting to go far. I was tired what can I say.

So anyway, it's a fast-food restaurant that's been taken over so the inside needs a lot of work to make it feel more like a nice restaurant, to go along with the prices they charge for their dishes. It's not very comfortable either. It needs to be warmed up a bit to make customers feel more warm and cozy and then I think the prices they charge would feel more at home. And dim the lights a titch, it was too bright. They have the space for quite a good crowd and could see them filling up their tables more with a few changes.

As for the food, although the menu is very extensive, (if you don't know what you want then we're talking a good 5-10 minutes to read it over) I would say the food was ok. The dish that I had (I ordered the cashew chicken) was marked as spicy, it had one pepper next to it, but it didn't have even a hint of spice in it. I was disappointed here. But it was good and once I added some spice to it, it was even better. I used a good little bit of their liquid red pepper sauce as well as the dried red pepper, available at each table. I'm sure you have to ask for it if you get it to go or have it delivered though. Now I also like to get the peanut sauce on the side. And their sauce was not the best I've ever had, but not bad. The portion size of the chicken dish could have been a little bigger, similar in size to what I've received in other Thai restaurants, but the fried rice they gave us (which was only a dollar extra) was a very good amount. I think they should also provide chopsticks, you shouldn't have to ask for them here and should not be told you don't have any. Not great considering the type of restaurant it is.

So, for a Thai restaurant in the middle of nowhere, not too shabby. After I try a couple of the other ones around and depending on how they are, I might go back but remember to either ask them to spice it up a little or add it myself to flavor it up.

Thanks for the dinner and...

Love Thai Food? DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! It used to be great, until there was some internal drama, a new place opened, and new folks at this one. if you like things OVERPRICED, not as advertised, and generally a bad flavor, THIS is your spot!

Basil Rolls (my favorite, they add pork which is stupid), I ordered, received. It had no basil. I asked the server (the one getting a MANDATORY 20% tip, who didn't notice), and she asked the kitchen. The kitchen said, "we ran out of basil" and still sent a BASIL roll out, without basil. They comped, so that was nice- although it was the only thing I could really eat that day FRIED RICE. Menu clearly says "steamed white rice"- this was brown rice. After waiting so long to talk about the basil roll, I didn't bother pointing out, now 100% of my order being wrong. I paid the inflated 20% tip, and inflated prices, for food I did not receive. We have taken them off of our referral list. Ordered App, Side, and a mini-dessert. I received all, and the tea, at the same time. MANDATORY 20% TIP- even if the food is terrible, even if the service is less than desirable.

Left hungry, disappointed, and a literal and metaphoric bad taste in my mouth

I wont be going back (after 4 years of nearly every week), and besides the city, I am still looking for a good Thai place. It's worth the drive to Conyers (Thai in a...

This place is amazing! I’ve been here 3 times now.The food is great and the service is impeccable. It’s definitely a hidden gem you should check out.

UPDATE** changing this review to one star March 2022 (4 years later) If you were a regular, dating back to the days they were at the old location, and the sweet Thai grandma and her family were running things - this is not the same restaurant. Not only are the flavor and operating hours inconsistent but the service makes it where I can't even justify coming back - this is coming from a regular that has spent several hundred dollars with them. The new staff is inattentive, abrupt, and downright disrespectful. I placed my order over the phone, drove there, confirmed and had to end up driving back because it was wrong. Then while I peacfully waited for them to rectify, they brought out the wrong thing and gaslit me as if I told them the wrong thing and was at fault for them not listening. When I got fed up and politely asked for a refund, the white male attendant with the short haircut got short with me and basically tossed some cash on the counter and walked off. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. I know for a fact which of their patrons would not have gotten that kind of treatment. But not to worry, me and my family will...

Husband and I made a date night out if the visit. I couldn't decide what I wanted and remembered wanting to try this restaurant out for a while, probably about 4 years. They use to be located down the street near the church i attend but they have recently moved across the street from the Golden Corral. I checked the menu online and noticed that their prices were very reasonable. Especially at lunch. So we go to dine there and realize there aren't many customers, just a few people picking up their food to go and realize they were about to close. The waitress was extremely friendly. She seated us immediately and took our order. No one rushed us even though we employees sitting around their bags because the restaurant had closed. We asked our items to go and we went ahead and left. On our way out the owner was very kind and asked us to come back and asked how we enjoyed our food. Everyone was very friendly. My husband ordered the Thai wings which he truly enjoyed. I think I enjoyed them a little more because I ate several of them. They were more like a dry rub and seemed braised. The plum sauce was homemade. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was very delicious. It wasn't the best I've had but it was definitely in the top three. It is definitely the best on the south side.

I have been eating here for about 5 years now. Since they were in their last location and I still love it. While I do miss the family that used to serve, I am still glad to see them open and running. I’m not sure where the bad reviews have come from! Those customers might have been causing a problem. This was the first place I tried duck and now I get it often! There is a new cashier that is still learning so be patient with her and don’t intentionally make her job harder than it has to be! The spring rolls could’ve had less lint on them though! I know the rice paper is sticky but maybe try making them on a different surface? The atmosphere is still welcoming and calm. The people are super nice and they care! Definitely hard to find these days 💖

Didn't dine in but did takeout! This was my first time eating from here. The food was made in good time and the prices were reasonable. Mind you they did raise everything by a dollar if you are comparing prices from the website but they did not skimp on quality. I've paid $15+ from some other places to get Pad Thai and it was mediocre at best. Not here! I got the Drunken Noodles with chicken and all the vegetables were fresh, not overly sauced and greasy because some restaurants really add on the oil. Also got a free mini egg roll which was a nice treat. I wished this place was closer to where I loved because I would come here nonstop 😆 Also I attached some of the updated menu! Apologies I didn't get the rest at the time.
