Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Food was as you would expect from Dairy Queen, but the service was terrible. My husband ordered a birthday cake online for a loved one we lost last year. The store called and left a voicemail the morning of that it was ready. We missed this call, but called back twice with no one picking up our calls. I went to pick up the order anyway, but they hadn’t started the order because “we didn’t pick up when they called”. So I waited for them to write happy birthday on an ice cream cake, but when they gave me the cake it had a period on it after the family members name. What a weird thing to do for a birthday cake. I'm came inside the store to 4 or 5 young teenage workers in the store of with 3 of them was chatting with their girlfriend or boyfriend whatever they want to be called 🙄 me and my daughter was just standing for 5 minutes Noone said anything to use just joking and smiling and a manager it looks like was dealing with another customer looking very stressed. I still waited about 2 more minutes and I guess Noone saw us standing at the front door in the middle of the restaurant!! My passenger ordered a banana split (add caramel sauce, pecans instead of peanuts) and I ordered a peanut buster parfait (substitute peanut butter sauce for the hot fudge, pecans instead of peanuts ). Had to turn around and take the banana split back because it was made with too much whipped cream. As the driver, I was further disappointed to get home - ready to dive into my peanut buster parfait only to realize it had been made with caramel sauce instead of the peanut butter sauce I requested. Simple enough mistake given that caramel sauce and peanut butter sauce may look similar in appearance, but if the containers were labeled correctly then I blame this on the individual preparing it for not paying close...
