This place is the exact opposite of tattered. It's beautiful, well-kept, and all-around nice. The Tattered Rose is a mixture of a cafe, lounge, and gift shop, offering simple meals but a wide assortment of fancy home goods such as soaps, bath bombs, and perfumes, among others. It's got a dining and lounge area inside, and also a small porch to chill outside if you want. And the service is pretty good! Homely and attentive. I ordered a BBQ sandwich with a coffee for lunch, and while not breathtaking, it wasn't bad at all. Worth checking out if you're in the area!

It's quaint, it's charming, it's lovely but the food tasted like my least favorite aunt made it she's not the best cook but not the worst. However, if I had to choose between McDonald's and Here, I would choose the tattered rose. The gift shop had some high priced unique items. I assume people go for the homemade pie and cakes. They were tasty and next time I go, I'll only have dessert so I won't be disappointed. Ps. The potato soup was not good imo.
