Starbucks — Restaurant in Jonesboro

They didn't return my credit card, nor give me a receipt. I was taking care of my infant daughter in the backseat. My wife asked for a receipt when offered one. We had to wait an extra 3 mins for pumpkin bread. Not sure why they didn't give my credit card back with a receipt. When my wife was handed the pumpkin bread we were told thank you, have a good day.

One hour later I realized I don't have my card. My wife and I look everywhere before we call Starbucks. We drive 25 mins to go pick it up and 25 mins back afterwards. All I got was a thank you before the window shut again. We still didn't get our receipt.

I don't feel like it takes 3 mins for a card to be processed. It should have been handed back to my wife, so she could hand it back to me. If I was at a restaurant and I left it on the table sure that's my fault. I just feel like this situation isn't completely my fault and I feel like someone should have apologized. It did take an extra 50 mins plus gas to fix an issue caused by someone who had plenty of time to hand our card back. Plus having a receipt is nice. It's hard to claim anything happened without one. Sometimes they have surveys or rewards on them. I didn't get any recompense for coming to pick up my card not even the normal rewards that customers normally have access to...

I have to have sugar free and fat free products. The only sugar free product they have is vanilla. I feel that as being such a big company that they should have more options. I just don't understand. Also the way they make their coffee is with the coffee on top and the milk on bottom, or reverse. Who wants their coffee made this way!!! The last time i was there i for the sugar free fat free decaf vanilla. The only thing i could taste was the milk. I couldn't even taste the coffee. This was at the hilltop store. I visited this location on Friday Feb 16th around 7pm. The only negative I can state is that this location is not a walk in. But hey who cares when you barista listens to what you want and mixes up the perfect coffee drink for you. Not sure what the young ladies name was that helped me but she made my drink perfect just by me telling her I wanted to try something new but I usually get a white chocolate mocha.
