Man. I wish someone would do something about this place. Where to even begin is the real question, but I will give it a shot. I am a area supervisor for another fast food chain but my children prefer the taste of burger king. I attempt to eat here at least twice a week. I have one son that can not have cheese because it makes him sick, it has all his life. He always orders his burgers with no cheese. The drive thru always takes forever so I gave my son money and he ran inside. He came out 20 min later crying saying dad they put cheese on my burgers like they always do but the lady said I had to pay them for new burgers if I wanted mine with no cheese. Being a fast food supervisor I found this odd because he never left, had the food and receipt. I went inside to talk to the cashier or manager. The cashier tried to tell me that my son didn't tell her no cheese and since it wasn't their fault I had to pay for additional burgers. I politely asked for the manager. I explained to the manager that my son gets sick if he eats cheese and it would be highly irregular that he forgot to tell them not to mention that this was only about the 5th time that this has happened. The cashier and manger began talking amongst themselves saying it's ok I know he's lying!! I said you do understand Im standing right here and I can hear you. The manager looked up at me and said we're going to do it this time. I was highly irritated by this but didn't say anything. They remade the sandwiches and I got to the truck to just to see they put cheese on them again!!! So I walked in and asked I guess we lied about it again?? With absolutely nothing the manager could say they remade them again and the manager went to the back never to be seen again. Now that's the first interaction I had with this store after several mismade sandwiches, long waits ,and poor service. About a week ago I went back for the first time since to get all the kids burgers because my mother had just passed away and we needed something quick. We all got the 2 for 5 deals because that seemed like a decent deal. We all had them grilled differently. I the drive thru order taker became very short after the third 2 for 5 I asked for. She also had her headset set to on live because you could hear everything everyone had to say in the background. They were making comments and making fun of me just because I was ordering several sandwiches that had to be made differently. When I got to the cash window they were all poking their head around to see who I was for whatever reason and the back cash person couldn't contain himself and kept chuckling. I never said a word just paid and moved on. Very unprofessional. To make a long story short I got home and every sandwich was wrong as usual. Again I hate to even leave this review because being a fast food supervisor I understand the implications but I'm so fed up with this place. ...
Read moreUpdating my review of this place. One) An employee named Ashlee asked my name, laughed, smiled, said she knew I looked familiar (I had never met her) and made my husband and I so uncomfortable that he stood and watched them make our food because we didn't trust that something wouldn't happen to it. Two) That same employee the next day, showed up in uniform, at my friend's house to return clothing her Aunt had stolen from me. She banged on the door, tried the bell, and basically threw the jeans at my friend's husband. My friend has two children with autism and that behavior is terrifying for them. Three) The girl's grandfather (online as Izzy Dawiz, actual name Jim) continues to message me and my husband repeatedly, accusing us of slander. We've asked him to stop and yet he doesn't. Four) The employee messaged me today, accusing me of lying about her and saying she never did anything.
We previously only visited this restaurant as it's closest and has been really clean and nice. But we will never be back. We were made so uncomfortable during our visit and outside of the restaurant. We simply don't trust the employees to be...
Read moreTalk about bad food and service. My wife and I were there in the drive thru last night. My wife had the #5 meal with onion rings, I had the #4 with onion rings and Dr Pepper. We’ve been sick to our stomachs for two days now. The onion rings were NOT cooked all the way, they were soggy, the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way through, hamburger patties were still pink in the middle, the drink didn’t taste like Dr Pepper either. Then when I asked for my military discount, the person at the pay window said “I can’t go back and change it without my manager” which she just stood there and didn’t even bother getting a manager. Talk about a joke. We will NEVER go back to this place again! Goes to show how they don’t care...
