The food was not enough in the chicken basket. The chicken looked pitiful.it was small and skinny. And they didn’t put a lot of fries in there. It looked like a small hand full. It was NOT worth the price for a medium basket. The dipping sauce was also not enough. The one in Paragould does better but they aren’t a grill & chill place. I don’t blame the workers for doing their job but i do blame the greedy rich guy that owns this place for not making better experiences for customers. After church my wife and I stopped for a bite of dinner. The staff person at the counter was really awesome! The service was quick and the food was ok, not great, but ok. However, the staff person that delivered the food to our table had other things on her mind and just slid the food toward us and turned and walked away. During our visit, she had the same mannerism the entire time. When we were getting ready to leave, the gentleman that was running the drive thru saw customers at the front counter and ran to help them and was really A+ in customer service, speed and knowledge. Restaurant was filthy and not sanitary at all, more flies than customers or workers , no clean tables and drink station was empty , not clean. We went around 12:30 so it wasn’t too busy at all, we ordered and waited 15 min for our food, when it was brought to us the fries were cold and not fresh , the burger looked like it had been dropped, kicked and big back set on it before they put it in the bag , chicken strips were mid warm and not great at all. We also got sundaes and they put so much topping on it the ice cream wasn’t even enough and melted before you could eat it. Workers playing and chatting rather than cleaning and cooking....
