I normally wouldn't say anything. But this Firehouse has been consistently slow. Today I pulled up and there were two cars in line. I drive up to the intercom, and the employee asks me to please wait. That's fine. Im assuming they're trying to get the orders out to thr cars that were in line. After about 5 minutes, she finally comes back on the intercom and asks me for my order. I tell her my order and pull around. The two vehicles that were in line when i pulled in are still there. 30 minutes later. That first car in line finally drives off, without their order. The white truck behind them pulls up to the window. Im just thinking, how long does it take to make a sammich? Slice the bread, warm it up, put meat, cheese, and sauce on it and ship it out the door. No telling how long the two cars in front of me waited. But I waited 30 minutes, and no one moved in line. This Firehouse is not the Firehouse to go to in Jonesboro. Read moreI have eaten at several different firehouses across the state, and I have to say this is the first time I have been surprised and very disappointed. Every firehouse I have eaten at, their sandwiches are steamed and hot. This firehouse does not do that apparently and serves you a cold sub. If I wanted a cold sub, I would have gone to Subway. That is the whole point of spending $31.16 at Firehouse because they are different than crapway, I mean Subway. The low rating is for the food, because all of the staff were very friendly and courteous, and the store was very clean. 03/23/21 Updated review of this place. Was contacted directly by the ownership team of the business and was sincerely apologized to by the entire team. She further stated my complaint would be directly forwarded to the owner himself for review. So for now I will in fact change my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because of the actual response from the management team.
