Starbucks — Restaurant in Jonesboro

This location is on the campus of Arkansas State University, specifically in the Student Union building. They offer pretty much all of the drinks and food a regular Starbucks offers and can heat or warm food up too. They also offer whatever seasonal drinks are available and they usually have them a bit longer than regular stores because of campus closures and what not. The coffee isn't bad here although it seems they routinely run out of lighter roasts. You can buy merchandise such as cups, tumblers, coffee beans, gift cards, etc. here. You are also able to use the Starbucks app and gift cards for payments but you cannot redeem stars at this location. The staff is really nice and friendly usually too. First and last time. The store was empty, yet I ordered the coffee through the app so all the instructions were there. My coffee was hot, I asked warm, no cinnamon powder, I asked that to be added too. And the app doesn’t say that is inside a campus, I don’t live here so this was the first time and I had to run upstairs because I didn’t knew that....

This Starbucks messes up my order every time. Also my guy William said the Carmel Frappe tastes terrible. They also spell names wrong a lot.... it’s not ever...
