I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from their burger. It was hot pink in the middle- similiar to a medium- and I would’ve sent it back if I had known it was an issue, but I just assumed they had temped it and it would be fine. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve had a bit of pink, but the burger temped fine. Well, I think I assumed wrong. Woke up sick in the middle of the night after eating here yesterday and have been extremely nauseous and sick since- having to stop and visit the bathroom at least every half hour so far today. A disaster- I should’ve voiced my concern instead of assuming they temped the burger. That being said… I feel terrible leaving that review knowing how sweet and kind the staff were and how pleasant the entire atmosphere was. However, if I were in the food service industry- I think I’d want to know if something wasn’t being cooked to safety standards to ensure a better protocol to keep it from happening. Very friendly place and the other items on the menu were fine, my husband and son had different menu items and enjoyed their meals. I wouldn’t say to avoid this place, but…if you ever wonder if that burger is temped, ask and maybe ask for a more well done burger…. Or stick with the chicken- my husband said his...

I’m horrified and completely appalled at the service my daughter just received while picking up our takeout order. It seems there was a mix up and we were missing our order of fries. When she went back in to inform them of mix up, the waitress/ bar broad got snippy and said it was not written down. Regardless we still needed an order of fries to complete the burger meal. She paid the requested $3.00 for the missing fries. When the very unprofessional employee went to tell the cook about the order of fries that was just paid for proceeded to do so in a loud enough voice the whole restaurant could hear. Did she stop at submitting the order of fries? NO! She then proceeded to make comments about my daughter’s weight and the fact she really didn’t need to be eating the fries but wanted them anyway. What kind of establishment, that is based upon customer service, allows their employees to treat their customers like this? To openly denigrate a PERSON (customer) in front of other customers based upon their personal opinions. This is not ok, no matter where...

Racist. Blatant racism. Sat at the bar for 5 mins waiting to be served. Staff ignored me, so I figured they were busy, so I got up to go to the restroom and give them time. Took four steps and another man sat in my exact spot at the bar and he was asked what he wanted to drink before his behind hit the stool. The only difference between him and I, was the color of our skin. I am not one to get offended or write reviews. But I feel it is my duty to warn other people of color before they enter this establishment. The anger I felt during this encounter was something I haven’t felt since the 90’s when ignorance was still open and commonplace. Please be careful if you aren’t white when you decide to come to this place. Otherwise it seemed like the customers were having an enjoyable time and the food looked great.
