Bamboo Wok — Restaurant in Jupiter

Unfortunately, as many have noted, the quality of the food has declined quite a bit over the past year, and customer service of their front-line staff has been poor. When we ordered the last two times, our order has been wrong - for the first, they forgot to include our egg rolls and one entree was completely wrong. When we called to inform them of this, they told us to bring the food back and we would get the egg rolls. This was an issue because we live 20 minutes away. The second time, the food was undercooked and the chicken chewy. Prices have also gone up little by little every few months. The guys that they have working the register are also often rude and dismissive, and we are out of their service range for delivery. After coming here for Chinese takeout since 2013 when we lived in Jupiter, we relocated to Palm Beach Gardens and tried to remain dedicated to this family-owned Chinese establishment, but with the added commute and declining quality, we sadly are going to look for a different Chinese...

I only liked ordering from this place. We lost our menu, so I went to look at the one they had of the uploaded picture, and it was the wrong menu that is attached to this listing. My son does not eat meat, so when the order came wrong, I called the owner. He said its my fault and that I went to wrong website. He said I only told him numbers. He then should have confirmed the name of the food instead of being in such a rush to get off the phone. I had to stop him from hanging up so fast to provide my credit card. After I stated again that the one for my son was a problem because of the meat. He said keep the food, I cannot make order for new. I can give $3 dollar credit for next time. There will be no next time. Bad customer service. I would have driven up to exchange the order. It's their responsibility to make sure their Google listing has the correct website and information and...

Ordered at 7:15pm...received order at 8:00pm....perfect!!!... until I opened my food and it was all wrong. I'm a vegatarian so I know how to place my orders. When placing my order I stated instead of the meat can you just do fried tofu.......the response "ok"... when I called to inform them of the mistake. I was told "sorry, I will replace for you tomorrow" which would had been acceptable if I wasn't hungry!! Then he continued to rant about how I didn't place my order correctly and this is all my fault....my food came with chicken,pork and shrimp all things I DO NOT EAT, yet my fault....had to go pick up my correct order because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes (for their mistake) pick up my order and he says this isn't fair because I didn't order my food correctly.....psssshhhhh never ever again will I order here.....China Wok...
