My husband and I went there for the first time today. The interior was clean, and the staff was friendly. We ordered ramen, sushi rolls, and spring rolls. There were two other tables of customers in the restaurant besides us. After a while, the sushi rolls came out. Once we finished eating, the staff cleared our plates and asked if we wanted anything else. I said no and continued waiting for the rest of our order. However, after waiting for a while, the spring rolls still hadn’t come out, so I asked her about them. She said the rest of our order wasn’t ready. After waiting another five minutes, the spring rolls were finally served. After we finished eating them, she asked again if we wanted anything else. I told her I had ordered ramen and asked why it hadn’t come out yet. She panicked, checked the order, and said I hadn’t ordered ramen. I told her several times that I had ordered ramen, and my husband also heard me giving the order. I told her that if the ramen hadn’t been prepared yet, I would cancel it. I was upset, so I paid for the rest of the food and left. To be honest, the staff didn’t speak English very well. I’m very disappointed with how my recent experience was handled. After an uncomfortable situation at the restaurant, I was told that someone would follow up and make things right. Unfortunately, that never happened. Despite reaching out again, I received no response. I also left my phone number for the manager on the reciept.

What’s particularly disheartening is that I’ve been a strong supporter of this business—I’ve referred many people, purchased lunch for an entire office of over 20 people, and even created a positive video review on my social media. I believed in the service and the quality here.
