I went here and visited this family farm at Vista Farmers market. I've been there a few times before and got their fresh orange juice and other juices including their fruit. Yesterday, I visited and brought back two empty bottles that because I was told on a prior visit that you would receive $1 for each empty bottle that you brought back. So since I like their juices so much, I decided to bring the bottles back and get more juice and save two bucks. However, when I got to the desk to pay, the girl in charge was very rude and said that the prices had gone down from $1 to 50 cents for return of the bottles. On top of that, she looked at my bottles and said that they were dirty. Well there is no where mentioned that said that the bottles had to be scrubbed cleaned before returning. So she embarrassed me in front of everyone saying that if I went to their website, that I would read that the bottles needed to be rinsed out. Well it wasn't a big deal, as far as the small amount of return but I just thought that her customer service portrayal was very rude and unprofessional. So I'm not sure if I'll be frequenting this place at Vista Farmers Market anymore because of the rude behavior from that particular girl. The merchandise is good, dont get me wrong but the staff there or the family there isn't...
Read moreFresh produce at good prices, they have season vegetables and fruits. The strawberries for example are amazingly delicious! The vegetables I purchased are tasty and have the quality you cant find at a grocery store. I made a broccoli, carrots and cheese soup for my health and it came out with soo much flavor. My son (10) even ate a whole bowl of it! I definitely recommend this little lost treasure if your local to mira loma, South Fontana, jurupa valley or eastvale. Worth the stop in. We purchased broccoli, carrots, strawberries, eggs and parsley. All filled my appetite. The gentleman that runs the stand is bilingual in english and Spanish, he can recommend what is in season but i definitely regret not buying the blue and black berries. They were soo plump and right next to them seedless watermelon and cantaloupe. I highly recommend stopping by and eating something fresh...
Read moreWent and bought strawberries at the High Desert Farmer's market. Worst ever. They do bait and switch. Bait you with nice tasting samples but when I bought $12.50 worth of strawberries, all white and light pink bottom layer, top layer had the pink bright ones. Not even red, Not even ripe or sweet as advertised. Just watery and no strawberry flavor. I understand it's not in season but don't pick strawberries that are not even ripe yet and sell it. These people are scammers. Waste of money and time. Not worth...
