This is probably the worst place I’ve encounter when it comes to handling their food mistakes. Basically they will go back and forth with you even if you bring the messed up food and receipt. I asked for a simple request the chili sauce on the side, for an order of chili cheese fries. They added the chili on the side but added it on the fries too. I call and told me to bring them back and they will help with the mistake. I drive back, and they start arguing that I will get only half of the order because I ate half…mind you it was mostly there, and I did take some fries off Because I had to look for the ones without chili but I did not enjoy or eat it, lol that’s why I decided to drive back!!! But then one of the ladies there tells me: you’re only getting half made Because you ate half…I’m like no! You’re giving me my whole order that’s your mistake!!! So I told them then give me a refund instead because it’s your mistake not mine…and the audacity was on the highest levels they offer HALF THE refund!!!! Im sorry but what!!!! Then I called for a manager and supposedly there’s not manager there… idk what they think about customers but this was so wrong in many levels..after a couple times asking again; one of the cooks hand me the whole order…And then this lady proceeds to tell me I ordered wrong!!!! Ahahahahhaa that I asked for the wrong thing asking for chili fries with the chili sauce ON THE SIDE!!!!! A simple thing messed up and they made it into something else…Never again!!!! And it’s not the first time they mess the order! It’s several times, I always went back because the kids liked it but not worth it. Very unprofessional and ignorant people…So I dont think I’ll go back after...
Read moreI just realized I posted my review under Gus Burgers, but it was renamed Tam's. I am posting the same review because I ate there yesterday, and everything is still accurate:
Delicious food and friendly service. There is a wide selection of food categories available: breakfast, Mexican, burgers, salads, shakes, etc.
The prices are fair - a cheesesteak sandwich is only around $12, while a family pack of 4 burgers with fries and drinks is only around $35 as of 6/25/23.
I had the large chicken salad. It was a generous serving with lots of extras and looked beautiful. The pita bread was fantastic, kind of like a garlic, grilled, cheese toast. The ranch tasted creamy and fresh and not watered down.
(EDIT: I went back again on 10/27/23 and had a large chef's salad, and it was beautiful as well as filling. Lots of meat piled up high and fresh greens with a nice creamy ranch dressing.)
The other members of my party all ordered cheeseburgers and fries, which tasted freshly char-grilled and were piled high with lettuce. The seasoned fries were tasty, too.
The drink selection was good, with a variety of fountain drinks, jamaica, horchata, and different types of iced tea. They also offer milkshakes and other drinks as well.
Homelessness is a problem in the area, so next time, I might take the food to go rather than eating it there.
(EDIT: 10/27/23 - went at a different time than my original review and did not see any loiterers. Every table was full and service was fast.)

Read moreI’m giving this place 3 stars because the food is decent when you dine in. However, when you take it to go, something about the packaging makes the food soggy.
What really disappointed me happened recently. Last month, I dined in and was charged extra just to get a side of thousand island dressing. I didn’t complain — I had a dollar and paid for it.
But the other day, I went through the drive-thru and specifically asked for one side of thousand island. The person taking my order didn’t add it, and I didn’t realize until after I had already paid — including a debit card fee. When I asked about the missing sauce, I was told I had to pay an extra $0.75 for just one, and if I used my card again, another debit fee would apply.
I don’t understand why they couldn’t just include one with my order — especially since I regularly spend between $45 to $85 here. It would be a small gesture, but it would go a long way in making customers feel valued.
