I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Why? Short version; Rude & very unhappy staff, dirty tables, none of food was filled, or stalked, food was old, & cold, very small portions don’t waste your money!!! Horrible environment & depressed vibe , U will leave still hungry cuz they don’t give u what u pay for.Very Small portions.
My mother & I Was @ Qdoba In Kalispell Mt. Thursday Oct.31st about 1pm Halloween 2024: Staff was lazy, rude, ALL seemed very unhappy, miserable, we could see & feel nobody wanted to be there, or work. Nobody greets ya, or even says hi,, very somber, depressed energy from staff, which made our experience, & the environment, very unpleasant. The Tables were dirty, not wiped off, trash all over. FOOD WAS COLD, all the food trays of beans, rice & sauces were all almost empty, looked old, nothing was hot or fresh, guy serving was extremely unfriendly & RUDE, was very angry, the Portions were not the size you’re supposed to get. Every item we asked for he’d spoon it up, black beans then dump most of them out. Asked for a bag of chips, I paid full price for, he didn’t even fill even a 1/4 of bag?Asked for veggies he has us 2 pieces of onion 2! We won’t EVER GO BACK! I don’t know the employees name that was so rude, but He is a white male,, late 30’s to 40’s light hair, 5’7 no glasses, medium sized. This man has anger issues, & should not EVER work w the public. He stormed off as we went to pay an another lady w a brown ponytail an glasses took our money. I told her the guy was very rude, she said oh, sorry,. We should have walked out. We over paid for what we got. DO NOT GO HERE, this experience changed my whole outlook OK on qdoba. I work in healthcare our drug reps go there & I am will be suggesting they stop. If you are reading this review & thinking of going HERE DO NOT !!! ! Go to Panda Express that’s where we should have went!!!!! At least we would of have been full!!! Never been in such a depressing restaurant w such unhappy unmotivated ppl. Unhappy staff =unhappy environment & production, & bad food, which = unhappy customers, = No customers = no money= restaurant DONE. Make changes! Your staff are horrible!!!! Nobody was doing their position's, it was like we were in the twilight zone! That place should of been clean, tables cleaned up, trash out, w all fresh food, filled trays & hot food an happy staff members greeting ya w a smile. It was pathetic. If was the owner, everyone of the staff members I saw would be replaced. None of them wanted to be there, & it showed. The rude employee told a lady coming back from her break to help him on the line cuz there was 4 ppl behind us, she plain said NO! This place needs some serious new management, & new staff! Read moreI placed an order online yesterday at 3:35pm for a 5:15 pickup. I arrived at the Kalispell Qdoba about 5:20. My order hadn't even been started.
There was a row of receipts by the cash register and when the employee was trying to find my order I pointed it out to her and provided my name. They then waited on 2 walk in customers before getting back to me and asking if I was with door dash. I said no, I'm Bethany, and I'm here for my online order pick up, which I placed 2 hours ago.
They then started to make my food. It was painful to watch. The employees were bickering with each other. They started to grill some fajita veggies, as they had none prepared. The woman making my quesadillas walked over to add the veggies (after trying to put the tortilla on the grill press with no veggies) and the man working the grill stated they weren't ready. She added them anyway. So I asked her, "are they cooked?" and she said they wouldn't be soft.
She then said they had no guacamole. By 5:40 I asked for a refund as my food was still no where near ready and I had to be leaving. I was informed I'd have to "call corporate" for a refund. I finally left with sub par food (they didn't give me any sour cream, food was under cooked etc) about 40 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready.
I asked for the name and contact info for a manager, and was given the name Drew. I called and left him a voice mail with no reply as of today (about 22 hours later). The employees were complaining that right in front of me, stating that this was all Drew's fault, that he doesn't know how to manage, and that he left them in a lurch. Read moreThis place needs to be shut down or management replaced. First of all, my husband went to grab food to go and was there for about a half hour waiting for food. They were out of steak, chicken, white rice and we all really don’t like their other rice. The kids move like molasses, tried skimping us on the protein and my husband had to keep asking for more. We have eaten here for YEARS AND YEARS and the amount of food they were trying to give us was a minimal amount. I don’t care if they are “just 16 year olds” if they don’t run the place right, that is on the manager’s head and he is running it poorly.
So we get home to eat and they didn’t put queso on my burrito like asked. My daughter couldn’t eat her kids quesadilla because as hopefully the picture show, the pork was jerky and see through. Might have been sitting for way too long. My daughter also wanted a cheese encrusted quesadilla and it clearly was not cheese encrusted.
This is actually the third strike. We kept saying that we will never eat her again but went back after awhile to try and see if they improved these same problems that we had today. Well, three strikes your out.
