Burger King — Restaurant in Kankakee

Today I was in the drive-through I placed an order and at the menu I was told to stop at the back window and to not pass the back window so I thought I would be paying at the back window. I sat there for a couple of minutes, then proceeded to the next window at which then a black guy with dreads who claimed he was the manager told me that it was their wait window and that was their new procedure. I asked him how am I to know to pull forward when my order is ready and why was I told I was paying at the back window? He was very rude aggressive, and tried to tell me he did not have to accept my payment. This location has always been unprofessional, and they hire the lowest of the Lows These are the type of workers that give Kankakee a bad rep Burger King in Kankakee has to do better and hire more professional people don’t tell me to do something just to avoid real drive times please stop talking to customers like they’re doing us a favor when we’re spending our money on burgers that are...

First off let me just say if I could give zero stars I would this place should be SHUT DOWN my boyfriend went there today to order a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwich; They made him wait a long period only for them to give him a sandwich with nothing on it. When I called them the manager told me no he order a croissant with nothing on it. I told him, no he didn't I told him I hear what he order because I was on the phone w/ him at the time. This isn't the first time they have messed up on our order the other time we caught it before we left and just asked for a refund and went to another burger king. the management treats their staff like children and yells at them literally yells at them and in front of paying customer can u say humiliating! Not to mention after 3 attempts they couldnt get my order right and half my order was severly over cooked. The frootloop shake was delicious tho thats why they get 1 star for tha shake Update: this is my first time coming back since tha last incident and omg the order was incorrect, had to go back to get the correct food i ordered, then it was hard af, like omg they just cant get it right!
