Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kankakee

I ordered a pizza at around 10:00 pm. The app said it was finished at about 10:20pm. I was already waiting outside the store and went inside a few minutes after receiving the app notification. They spent nearly 5 minutes looking for it before the person doing the pizza cutting realized it had literally just come out of the oven. This was nearly 10 minutes after the app said it was read for pick up. Whatever, I work in the food industry as well, and I know things happen. I drove all the way home, and the pizza was undercooked and so badly cut I couldn't even get a slice because none of the cuts made it all the way through the pizza. I drove all the way back to the store and asked them to remake it. They said they were extremely backed up and would call me when it was finished. After 2 hours, I never got a call, so I went into the store as they were preparing to close. The girl that greated me asked if I had a pick up and when I told the girl I was there for my pizza and I never was called, she took tbe pizza from their warmer box and rudely pushed it at me. I was handed a dried out pizza that had been in their warmer for appears to have been hours. It was so disgusting and ruined. Just ordered 2 pizzas, order of garlic bread bites, order of garlic Parmigiano wings, order of honey BBQ wings, 2 liters of sprite and 2 extra garlic dipping sauces. When the delivery person got here after 45 minutes, he was handing me the order and dropped one of the wings. Luckily it stayed closed so no problem. When I brought the food to the house I realized there was no 2 liters of sprite and no garlic dipping sauces. I called back with my girlfriends phone and someone answered right away and I explained what had happened. He put me in hold and said he would be right back. After 20 minutes of being on hold the phone was answered, I thought, as you could hear people in the background talking. I said hello several times and realized the phone was just sat down. I then called back using my phone and you.could hear the phone ringing through my gfs phone. I let it ring for approximately 30 rings then hung up both phones. After about an hour and 10 minutes after i ordered the sprite showed up with the delivery driver and no sign of dipping sauce. I will not be ordering from...

Multiple issues with this location including:

-Delivered my prepaid order to the wrong house even though I asked them to call when they got there so that wouldn't happen. They never called and so some random people stole my pizza and even added an extra tip when signing for the food(I already included a tip when I paid with my card over the phone).

-When I called to ask where my food was and discovered that they gave it someone else, I was only offered a free drink. I told them that I would like to at least have my next order be free and they said they saved the info with my phone number. Which worked out fine the next time I ordered.

-The last time I ordered at this location my food took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. The delivery tracker estimated "49-59min". When they arrived they had forgotten the 2 dipping sauces. This has been an issue every time I have ordered from this location.

-The phone always takes forever to be answered. Sometimes no one even picks up.
