Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Kankakee

This is my 1st experience with Jimmy John's in a long time and today I know why and it will definitely be my last. I ordered the #11 & #9 on wheat bread (bread which used to be the long club bread). To my surprise, the bread was sandwich bread. The man who answered when I called to complain said they used to have the wheat club bread but now only wheat sandwich bread. He claimed it said that on the online menu, when someone finds it please share with me because the site I used does not have it listed. Jimmy John's will never receive another $$ from me and anybody I am around, I will tell them don't give JJs your hard earned money. I used the app to place a delivery while I was busy and couldn’t call in. So I placed the order and received a call from the store but couldn’t answer. Then saw my order was canceled. So I ordered again using the app. I checked the time and saw that the store had about an 60-90mins before they closed and realized they probably couldn’t deliver. I received another call and being busy I couldn’t answer. The employee left a voicemail stating that since I couldn’t answer the phone after they called twice he was voiding my second order without a reason.
