I have been here many times but this time this got balls head with glasses was very rude. My fries looks old and I ordered chicken dinner. I asked if they can just charge me for the chicken and not the fries because I don’t like how they look. He replied who should pay for them, I’m not changing the price. You just trying to get something free. So a lady came over and asked what happened I told her she said well he’s probably just frustrated because they been getting complaints a few times today or people not picking up their food. I would sell those all day there’s nothing wrong with them. Maybe to you buti don’t like them full order still on the plate. I said well he shouldn’t be arguing with his customers she replied unfortunately we argue with them a lot. I said that’s not ok. You judged talking want something free. If that’s the case I would have complained snot the whole plate not just fries. People don’t want to pay for the food. Are You kidding me I’m paying for the chicken just don’t want the fries. 200 types of beer but no beer snobs and great food. Asked the waiter to pick a good beer for Us and he did right away. They had 3 types of soup and 8 different desserts. Really diverse menu. Sandwiches, burgers, pasta. From the outside it wasn't impressive but looked like a smart crowd coming out... locals and all ages, not just a trendy crowd so we gave it a try. My boyfriend didn't want to come with me to visit my friends but after we ate here, he said he would come as long as we came here to eat next time. The staff was just the nicest, most down to earth people. The interior was very dated but with the food and service so good, you feel it's part of the places charm by the time u leave. We tried the deep fried avocado and even my bf ate it who won't eat avocados. One of my favorite touches that most restaurants overlook is homemade ranch dressing. Nice, clean little bar/restaurant. Has a homey, welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a decent meal at reasonable price with good service, stop by this local favorite joint. We stopped in around lunch but I wanted breakfast and was pleasantly surprised breakfast menu was still available. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash Scrambler, consisted of hash browns or breakfast potatoes (I went breakfast potatoes) corned beef hash and 2 eggs(I went scrambled) order of toast comes with. If you don't like the canned hash, don't order this! I actually grew up with it and like it. Wish I wouldnt have ordered the eggs scrambled, lil dry for my taste. All in all, I enjoyed my meal. My friend got a Chopped Steak Dinner with baked potato and corn. She seemed to like her meal and the only complaint she had was about the corn, said it was really chewy.
