Bakasura Bandi (BB Indian food truck) — Restaurant in Kansas City

I understand the fact that this is the first desi food truck in Kansas city and its been only a week since the opening.

First of all, reduce the prices. Rajadhani Restaurant in Overland Park charges 10$ for a Dosa and you guys are charging the same. The whole point of a food truck is faster service and lesser charges. It's taking more than a life time for the order to be delivered (I understand you guys opened this recently), I don't know why the charges are equal to a restaurant.

Second, Hire a Chef. I have ordered around 7 dishes and none of them are done by a professional chef. You cant drag this business without chef. Period.

Third, It's only the 7th day of opening and I can clearly see the food quality is not good. Not at all good. Everything is frozen. More oil. Masalas are from restuarant depos. Taste ain't upto the mark. One person is approximately spending around 15-20$ at your food truck which is already high, and if the quality ain't good, no one will visit again, winter is coming in two months, if food is good, people will find a way eventually in winter too. I am providing a lower rating for the food quality and service, but a full rating for the ambiance. I placed an order for chicken noodles, which were excessively dry, and a kheema dosa, which was also dry. The sambhar served was unappetizing in taste and overly watery. It would be beneficial if they could serve multiple orders simultaneously, especially when the subsequent order will be ready in a few minutes.
