My reason for 5 is the Target app is very difficult to use. I was forced to make 2 separate store pickups, why... Because you didn't have most of the grocery items I needed. So I used the Walmart app and the Target app to place my orders. This showed glaring deficiencies with the Target app. First I started my order with the Target app to pickup from 1 location until I found 4 items I couldn't get from that store. So I switched to another store and found most of the items I needed. After reviewing the cart, realized everything I added with the first location still showed coming from the 1st store. Instead of 1 change to move them all to the new location, I had to go 1 by 1 and move it to the new store (I'm sure there is a reason behind this, but for my shopping habits, I don't see why). Adding items is cumbersome too. If I want multiples of any item you can either add it to cart, back up and add it to cart again or go to the cart and specify quantities. I should be able to specify how many when adding to cart. Also when I placed the order it said I could change to curbside after I placed my order, no instruction on how. Afterwards I could not find it anywhere. Went into the store and clicked the button to show the Target employee the barcode for my order and then was presented with the option to do curbside. I was already out of my car walking in the store. This could be made easier to find. To top things off, the Items I couldn't get from the grocery at Target, I added to my Walmart order. When I went to pick up my Target order, 1 grocery item was cancelled. It was already too late to add it to my Walmart. I love the idea that I can order from Target and in less than 2 hr, the same day, go and pick it up (I don't have to choose a pickup time later in the week), but with these negatives and I have to go somewhere else anyways... I might as well get everything from someplace else and...
Read moreThis is my favourite location but I’ve been kind of disenchanted lately. They got rid of soooo many products, including the natural lotions and of their natural hair products and the only location close by that has products for biracial or black textured hair in abundance is Ward Parkway. Being that it’s centrally located the inventory is typically not that great and There is a substantial population of people with that hair texture who shop at this location so it feels kind of messed up. I spent thousands of dollars each year in the store and you would think that they would realise that lots of black and biracial people in the area that have hair that requires special types of ingredients but Maybe they’ll phase them back in.
Edit: well since they’re folding to the pressure of ultra Conservatives to roll back DEI I won’t be shopping at any target stores anyway so it doesn’t matter anymore anyways because now there will be EVEN LESS natural hair products.
After Decline in sales over the past couple years and a desperate attempts to increase customer traffic, they turn around and do something that assured to close some of its doors especially in highly populated Metro areas. They deserve every thing that’s coming to...

Today as I was checking out… I told the cashier I was using a Snap card that only had $5 available And I used my Target dollars and would pay the rest in cash… well the cashier didn’t know how to apply the payment method so she went to ask a team leader… which told her no I can’t pay that way that it would have to all be on the snap card. Now I clearly told her there was only $5 on the card,., and that there is a way to put a specific amount in to come off the card.. and that it’s been done there.., she rudely replied that she will address it because it’s not supposed to be done.. and proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me I can’t pay with the snap card. After they have already applied my Target cash… and it did not get put back…. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase there. I took my business somewhere where the staff was friendly and professional.. I will not be returning to shop in your store, I will also be contacting Snap (Department of Social Services) to alert them that customers are not being able to properly use their cards in your store. Some serious DIVERSITY TRAINING is needed...
