Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kansas City

I ordered a meal deal for two total was $10.90 I get it home and it was the worst chicken I've ever seen. I tried calling and they do not have a phone so left a voicemail and the following day I took it back no one could eat that I was starving so I ate the mashed potatoes. Upon returning it the girl and the manager treated me like I was trying to scam them I told them I'd just like my money returned so after standing at the drive thru window for what seemed forever the manager went thru the whole box and then said they'll return my money. In the end the girl gave me $8.00 because I ate the potatoes and she was very rude about the whole ordeal I would recommend do not pull away from the window without inspecting your food there is no way to go inside at all or call so they treat you like you do not matter at all in their line of business like I was in the wrong for not eating it. THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD

Waited 10 min to order in the drive through, and was told that they don't have anything spicy, and it would be a 7 min wait and to park, I thought well fair enough (guess they have to catch the food first). Waited 20 min (That's Right 20 Min) at this point I thought I should go in and assist with the De-feathering or something. Was told that I had to wait another 7 min cause they forgot. WTF. Than I asked for the Sweet tea that was to come with my order and I was told that he already gave it to me .......I asked how sense I was waiting in your crappy parking lot. So after arguing with the idiot for 10 min. My order was finally done. and the moron threw a cup on the counter (Like I worked for him) I laughed and made him fill it up. came straight home and posted. The foods good.. but then everything else is bad. Horrible customer service and longer than most(fast food) wait times. The employees expect that you know everything and if you try to ask a question they reply sarcastic tone. This location is horrible, I've been to others that are a lot better. I've been here like 7 times and they keep messing up my order. I get the same thing every time. I usually get a combo with spicy chicken instead of Original. Half the time I go here, they say we don't have Spicy Chicken or they act like they don't sell it. I KNOW THEY SELL IT. The chicken tenders are hard and dry.
