El Camino Real — Restaurant in Kansas City

Food is great, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Every time we would try to order something, the server would tell us that there wasn't "any of that" We went on a Saturday Night when usually restaurants know its a busy night and try to have enough food made since its "The Weekend" but not here. Apparently on weekends if you have more then one party you have to pay everything together because "it takes to much time from the server to separate our accounts and it throws them off". My cousin asked the owner if we could separate our accounts because it was a lot of us and clearly we don't know the prices to every item on the menu and the owner agreed. When we were about to leave, the waitress comes up to my cousin and tells him that the owner of the restaurant was going to take her to the back and yell at her and that the owner had only agreed because he didn't even know how to use the register and didn't know how much work it took to separate everything. To us, that was HIGHLY unprofessional and disrespectful. She literally tried to sit there and go at it with my cousin because we didn't do things her way. Lady that answered the phone was extremely rude, stated she didn’t know anything about being able to order online even though I let her know I’ve done it in the past. She wouldn’t let me explain anything about my situation and kept talking over me being extremely rude. The third party they use for online ordering called me and explained that said lady was also extremely rude to her and told me that my money would be refunded since she was also told they don’t do online ordering, even though they place orders for customers with them all the time. Maybe she was just busy or not having a good day, either way, horrible customer service. Food is not as good as it used to be. This used to be my favorite place to go eat until today and it wasn't the food it was the service. The two waitresses that were there while I was did something that I had never seen happen. My son accidentally spilled some water and both of them avoided cleaning the spill. They just would walk around it like it wasn't even there. They brought our food and still didn't clean it up. Then they proceeded to try and avoid our table to not clean it up. Then one of them later came up to us saying they would clean the spill up after we left because it had gone all the way to the wall.
