I would go back if the baristas and owner were nice but seeing as every bad review is met with passive aggressiveness I can see exactly why the baristas were mean to begin with. It seems this entire staff is just disrespectful. Like I get that someone is criticizing your business, I truly understand how that is a personal experience. But I feel like being kind about it would be so much better to go about it rather than invalidating the experiences of others and being defensive. Yes your baristas are mean, multiple people have said this. YES it's a reoccurring thing no excuse will make it okay. They seem to be annoyed with everything. When I came in and ordered they didn't even want to make eye contact. Never said anything else to me other than my total and asking what I want to order. I TRULY get how exhausting customer service can be I really REALLY do as I have and DO work in this industry, but I feel like it goes past that. Makes the customers feel like burdens for even coming in. Genuinely if you want your business to thrive then why would you make everyone who comes in feel like a burden?
