Sagebrush — Restaurant in Kansas City

Lovely intimate cocktail bar with unique and interesting drinks. We tried a variety of on and off the menu cocktails and would definitely come back. We got there just as they opened and had the opportunity to chat with the friendly bartenders and meet some of the locals/regulars as they came in. It also seems like they're going to try and partner with a taco truck or other food trucks in the future, but they're still working out the logistics of those arrangements. I'll be excited to see what comes from it. Surprisingly my two favorites were the off-menu cocktail and the Junglebird. The Gin drink was almost like a creamy Paloma, which was crazy! Sagebrush has quickly become a favorite place for my wife and I when going out! The overall vibe of the bar is hard to beat between the large bar and beautiful overhead lights. You can see the attention to detail the owners took when building out the space!

Over a week ago I took myself out for a cocktail at Sagebrush. I loved the vibrant yet soft vibe of the place. I didn’t recognize any of the music playing, but liked it so much that I gained a new artist to follow. The bartenders were subdued, yet engaging and were all the company I needed.
