Sorry for the negative review but felt it needed to. While at a food truck event yesterday, I ordered a meal and waited 25 minutes. It wasn’t busy at the time. Why? Why would it take that long to make one item? Where it gets bad is after being patient, I inquired about my meal and was told 4 more minutes. I returned to the window to watch someone drop my meal on the prep counter, laugh, looked around, then scooped it up and put it back in the box… covering it with condiments to hide the mess. I quickly commented on what I saw then asked for a refund. So 30 minutes, no food, and no apology.
Accept the review and don’t make excuses for what happened. 25 minutes+ for food is ridiculous. My family ate their entire meal from other vendors plus stood there waiting as I still waited for my meal. It should be communicated somewhere. And no, there...

PHYSICAL LOCATION: It was great we had to wait 7-10 minutes longer than originally stated BUT with the line and human nature and seeing the operation it is totally understandable and acceptable!
FOOD TRUCK: I ordered online and requested a Lobster addition (as it was on the menu). Upon arrival they told me they did not have lobster and offered a refund and i told the "it's fine keep the difference". They in turn offered to double the ingredients and then offered a dessert upon order pick-up.
I totally understand the dynamics of small business on top of dealing with the public and the inability to please everyone YET they went above and beyond when I was totally fine with the mishap!
