I stopped in this evening and I ordered through the drive thru. I ordered a #4 original chicken sandwich meal and a double cheeseburger. I pulled up to the first window and paid in cash. I handed the lady a 20.00 and she gave me my correct change. I thanked her and pulled forward at the next window this is where things got completely messed up. The girl at the window hands me a coke and a little bag with what looked like a biscuit. I handed her back the bag and explained that is not what I ordered she then began to ask me what my problem was and all I could think about was the checkers employee who shot a customer for bringing an issue to the employees attention. Then a heavy set Hispanic kid and before this gets out of hand I am a Hispanic male, he begins to get rude with me and the he asked what the issue was and I told him and he said so what do you want me to do about it. I told him do your job and correct my order he laughed and said yea ok and continued to laugh. I then asked for my money back and he told me to pull forward and I asked for my receipt back and he refused. I pulled forward and he came out and took back the Coke which I was already holding out my window he then handed me 1.00 dollar and a receipt and walked away. He did give me a receipt for order 50 with a total refund 12.96 which he never gave me. I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle as the thieves in this establishment probably do this to a lot of customers. I would strongly advise the community to not patron this establishment as they are employing not so honest people and with the world in the chaos it’s in and after what happened to the customer at the checkers this place is not worth the hassle especially when there are other McDonald’s within 5-10 minutes from this location. Read morePoor customer service. Does NOT COOK food thoroughly. Just don't go here. Well, first, we were in the drive thru, one person ahead... noone behind us. Not very busy. My boyfriend had pulled, and the girl working the drive-thru was extremely ill-mannered. As he made his ordered she was disrupting and rushing him. At one point after asking what are drink was my bf looked torward me too see what I wanted and as he asked me, she just repetitively said "whaddyawanttodrink, whaddyawanttodrink, whaddyawanttodrink" just kept saying it giving us no room to talk or think. After making our order we pulled up. Payed. Pulled up again. Waited 5 minutes (they were not busy) I got a diet, my bf got a regular. Then the dude hands him our drinks and I lean over to ask which is which, the dude doesn't reply. Mumbles and shuts the window. We get our bag of food. I go home too eat and my beef patty is PINK when you bite through. I gagged myself to avoid getting food poisoning. Tried calling. Noone answered so we brought the sandwhich and drove up there to talk to the manager. Waited behind 2 people. Watched the coworkers talk on the phone, listen to music. Play around and giggle. The manager was already at the register. I asked to speak to him in private so I ain't putting it out there they don't cook their food. and he asked me too wait for 5 minutes. I just went ahead and told him. He asked if I wanted another. No. I would like a refund. He gave me 6 dollars. I got a combo so that was upsetting. No apology. No caring. Just horrible cutomer service skills. & they can't thoroughly cook a burger. At least we know the "cook" their patties...
Read moreAlthough the reviews are waning, I personally have not had the most terrific experience here. Slow service and crew aren't always the best. Managers might get riled up very quickly and it can be difficult to voice complaints because it may turn into a screaming match. I have seen many, many customers get angry over the course of a year, to the point where food and bags may be thrown over the counter or through the window. Everytime I order there seems to always be an issue with orders as I have had my orders wronged quite a handful of times; from missing food items to missing drinks, it seems like every person delves into their own world and forgets a minute later. This isn't helped by the manager's yelling and unkempt emotions as this gets the crew anxious and makes them more irritated which means that they're more prone to release pent up anger on customers. More than not I have had to wait more than 14 minutes before I was even remembered, which is also a laughable matter considering that the times I had to wait I was usually the sole person in the dining area and drive-thru was mostly barren. My parents and friends have also not had a good experience and we feel that the hiring manager should review this place with utmost scrutiny to help customers have a better time. If I were to recommend a McDonald's it'd definitely be the one by Hardesty. My best advice for anyone who comes here is to have very thick skin and prepare mentally for any insults, backtalk, wait times and issues...
