Update on the unsanitary practices. June 2023 inspection 3 critical 1 noncritical Dead and trapped pests like mice and droppings and other trapped and decomposed pests. Food temperatures didn't comply with the regulations. I'm glad I got a refund and not a redo.

I don't have any issues with the food but the service was horrible. I ordered my food in the drive thru and then get to window and was told that they were out of the fish. So I ordered a different sandwich. I went all the way home to discover that one of my sandwiches were wrong. I went all the way back to the restaurant and told the manager that my order was wrong. Even though she put on one glove, she manhandled all of my sandwiches. I asked to redo my total order, which also included fries and tots (which can get cold quick). She refused and said that she can only replace the sandwich that was wrong. So I asked for a refund. She put it back on the card and said that it will take up to 5-7 business days to be deposited back into my account. This is Thursday. Why couldn't she just replace the whole order so I can still have fresh food for dinner? She called the police to have me removed from the restaurant. All because I wanted my order redone after she digged in the sandwiches. Never going back.

Response to the owner I was probably talking to the police when you tried to reach me. I didn't ask for a free order. The issue wasn't really about the refund. It shouldn't have went that far. I have to ask for a refund. Just to replace the food she contaminated with unclean hands. If she use unsanitary practice in front of me, which you didn't address in your response, makes me wonder how they handle the food behind the scenes. I used to work in the food and beverage for years as a manager. She was working the cash register. According to the food and beverage safety policy, she did not properly washing her hands before she put on one glove, not two gloves before she digged into the the sandwich wrap and manhandled my sandwiches. She also had her germ infested mobile phone number to her ear while she was calling the police on me and still handling food orders. What will the food safety department say about this...

I looked up local restaurants and this placed popped up. With 60 yrs in business I was interested in going. The service was awful! The woman at the counter was deadpan and RUDE! She fussed at her co-worker for making three drinks. I then told her we ordered three drinks. She argued again. I showed her the receipt and counted the drinks along with her and she said "you have two drinks" I laughed. Then I counted them along with her. To which she said "You don't have three drink?" Obviously we were holding two drinks. Then as we were leaving she said "give me your bag!" I handed it to her and she reached inside and took out one of the 4 sandwiches I'd ordered and didn't say a word. She walked to the drive thru and put it in another bag. I asked her what that was all about and she said "burger"... that was all. We left without thinking to check again and as we were outside talking about how odd the experience was the woman came outside with a crumpled silver wrapper and handed it to me and said in a cross tone "You had FOUR burgers not three" Yeah... I know that. On top of all that the burgers tasted like they had been sitting in water all day. NOT cooked to order. The fries were meh. The tenderloin was a compressed patty... no flavor. I will NOT be coming back. I am rarely angry about a restaurant but this one managed to...

Where do I start? I ordered 1 dbl cheeseburger combo large it came to roughly $16 or $ 17 dollars. I added Fried mushrooms which brought the total to around $25 for 1 meal, which is crazy to me but anyhow, when the lady gave me the bag it was loaded with grease that was actually coming through the bag rapidly, I requested another bag and the lady acted as if it was a big inconvenience, with the gestures and look on her face. Once I seen my food omg! The onion rings were no longer rings everything was mashed together in clumps with some extra crispy pieces, they actually looked like burnt fried potatoes n onions. There were literally 7 little mushrooms in this big a** sack. I immediately went inside and gave the very friendly healthier woman all the food back and told her this is not acceptable. She did replace the onion rings but actually pour the old ones back in the tray instead of throwing them away... I asked her if she's going to serve them to someone and she acted as if she didn't hear me. I honestly should have just asked for a full refund and gave them back all that greasy stuff. Point is that I will never in life return to this...
