BEWARE OF THUG NICHOLAS !!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Waited in drive thru line for 10 min with patience. Placed our order for 3 meals, and paid. There was a super long line behind us. When the cashier handed us our food we left and drove home. Opened the bags and boxes and noticed there were 4 items missing. Called the restaurant no answer. Drove back, went in, and asked for a supervisor. The male cashier asked the supervisor to come to the front and she told him to handle it. We told him the order is not correct. He put on gloves and basically checked every single item. He realized the order was missing 4 items, and the soft taco was made sloppy. We told him we want the entire order replaced, because the food was now cold due to their mistakes. He informed the supervisor (who was on the line making orders) that the items were missing. She told the cashier that she would only give us what were missing and will not replace the order. The Supervisor never came to the counter to acknowledge us. We asked for a refund. The supervisor thought it would a good idea to make us wait until she was done to refund our money. In the meantime the crew member Nicholas (white BOY thug) told us we were kids and he was going to kick our ass. I have the entire thing on video. I will never ever eat at that taco bell again. Drinking on the job when has that ever been allowed 😭. It's allowed at this location obviously..people only act responsible and do what they are supposed to when the GM is around. When she isn't lol good luck getting good food. Also the portions you are supposed to get you only get half of that to keep food cost down. So when you get your order and it looks on the smaller side it's because you aren't getting the serving you was supposed to, to begin with. Also when you get told to pick a day for training and you pick a Monday and that same Monday they never opened the store because of the snow storm you would think they would inform people that they are closed and not to come to work would be a professional thing to do but they don't do that either. When you feel that your meat or beans or chips or twist are old it's because it is old 4 hour hold time what's that let's keep it for the night shift to use. Read moreI went through to go pickup my mobile order about 5 mins after placing it. Upon arrival I noticed the guy manager by the front door smoking and several people inside eating. I pulled to the speaker box and asked to pickup my already paid for order. They stated they are closed for “maintenance “ and I would not be permitted to get my food. I was confused considering people were inside eating. I asked if they would be willing to fulfill my order if I could show the a receipt, proof of purchase and was even willing to email them evidence of my order. They stated they would not fulfill my order or issue me a refund, that they could do nothing. I understand things happen, maybe their system went down, at the least they could have offered to make my food and deal with the system later.
