TACOS ON WHEELS — Restaurant in Kansas City

Very poor service from a lady that charged us looks like she might of been an owner or a family member of theirs. We ordered some nachos aand we asked for extra Guacamole and extra beans because their notorious on putting very little beans.charged us extra for that which is fine. They brought my food and it had enough guacamole but no beans. We proceeded to let her know she said that they did put beans we showed her the plate. No beans. She was giving us more beans but wanted us to pay an extra 4.50 unbelievable on top of what we paid mind you the nachos cost about $10. To make things short she replies 'if you dont want this to happen then dont order it again.' Im all about supporting my community and our Latino local commerce But i dont tolerate poor service. Drove all the way out to this place because the reviews looked good and I had been craving some authentic Mexican tacos. The employees looked incredibly annoyed to be taking my order , I like my tacos a certain way , (veggies on the side) and with cheese on them, while explaining this, they seemed to be so annoyed ... I felt uncomfortable. The lady was rude and not welcoming at all. The tacos are $3 each, not worth the price and when I got home , I realized that they completely messed up my order , They even forgot to give me a taco so I paid for food that i wasn’t even given and the ones they DID give me, were wrong. Will never return and I do not recommend. I realize mistakes happen on food orders but I’m leaving a review because of the bad service and attitude from employees. Rude customer service! I tried to order over the phone and when I went to pick my order up there was about 5 tacos extra that I didn't order. She tried to make me pay for the whole order so I left it all there and didn't pay for anything! I'm disappointed my family and I have visited there often, but I won't be going back. The owner Eduardo should be aware of how rude his servers are. I was speaking Spanish so what didn't she understand!! I also saw maggots in the bathroom. I have seen roaches there also, but never complained because it's in a area not so clean. I'm won't go...
