Taqueria 7 Leguas — Restaurant in Kansas City

Must have been their food cart I went to because I've only been to their restaurant once and it was for take out. So, I went to Advance Auto and there was this food cart that had delicious smells coming from it. It was my turn to get lunch that day, well not really my day, but I wanted to buy lunch for the great guys I work with. I had been pondering all morning and over the lunch hour what to get and even though my crew are Hispanic, I knew immediately the food from this cart was going to be the right choice. And it really was great food and I plan on trying more of it next time either by food cart or the restaurant now that I know where they came from....

Waitress got our order wrong. Then, she proceeded to tell us, " Put some salsa on it. It'll be fine 🙂 " we were definitely in shock. Then she tipped herself $10 just because she wanted to. It was added to our bill. She was nice, don't get me wrong. But instead of offering to remake the red enchiladas( since they were supposed to be red, but came with Verde instead) she casually just says" add some salsa Roja, it'll be fine" lol it's funny but frustrating too. Hopefully she can tell the cook, "nah fool, remake these" lol the next time they mess up...

2cd time coming here and I lived in Kansas for 5yrs. I don’t really expand my eating out at restaurants so coming here taste just as good as the 1st time I remembered it. Highly recommended as it reminds me of a restaurant from California and even more better my own mother’s cooking!!!...
