Ordered shrimp poboy and fried mushrooms as pick up at drive thru. Horrible meal. The shrimp was mushy fried on outside...rubbery inside and tasted the shrimpy fishy dish soapy old crustation with absolutely no seasoning of any kind including salt. The bun was dry with very little mayo...three little pickles...mushy tomato and decent lettuce. Had to toss in the trash safely. Horrible customer service and extremely long wait time with no apology! Food was cold! Not a good experience at all! Every time I come to this restaurant the wait is long but not even being acknowledged by the staff while waiting for over 10 minutes at the window is unacceptable after a 1 hour and 30 minute wait in line.
