this place is so good pls come here 🙇‍♀️ staff so nice, friendly and polite, i’ve been here like 3 times so far, i wish i’d came here earlier, i think i’m gonna try their whole drink menu… i’ve tried their lychee slush + crystal jelly & milk foam, grapefruit & peach jelly tea, and brown sugar bubble tea, my orders were all done so fast and efficiently!💗 their cups also feel very nice, some plastic cups break super easily and their’s aren’t like that! plus all the drinks were delicious, everything that needs to be chewy was chewy, and the sweetness wasn’t overwhelming! ALSOOO, adding this, you get SOO MUCH drink, like i swear, other places, the cup is like HALF ICE, but i just checked my drink, and the ice takes up like 1/6 of my cup (ﾟoﾟ;; such a good deal, most of my drinks cost less than $7 🤔 and i get a ton of drink rather than ice, big win (^з^)-☆ i think this place is super underrated compared to other popular tea places, def come check it out ^^ + they have bubble waffles, chicken, fries, and even bread, ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ great menu right! and no, i’m not a worker, just a girl who likes sweet drinks that don’t kill my wallet O(∩_∩)O stop by here...

I had a great time at Tsao Cha! The ambiance is fantastic—clean, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. My four-year-old wanted a Strawberry Slushy, and the server kindly suggested replacing the tea with water to ensure she could enjoy it without worrying about staying up late. Such a considerate gesture! We ordered three drinks: Fruit Tea, Strawberry Slushy, and Mango Sago. All of them were absolutely delicious, with a natural tea fragrance that stood out. We also tried some snacks, including the fried chicken wings, which were crispy, flavorful, and freshly made—definitely a must-try! The overall experience was delightful. The staff were super nice, and the owner even gave my daughter a little sticker as a gift. It's those small touches that make a place special. I was disappointed with my experience today I ordered a strawberry boba tea, a brown sugar milk tea, and popcorn chicken (order number 22). Despite placing my order promptly, I waited 25 minutes before ordering it—far longer than expected. Additionally, I had seen a promotion on Facebook offering a free keychain or tote bag to the first 25 customers, but I did not receive this gift. 

When my order finally arrived after 50 minutes, the popcorn chicken was undercooked, posing a potential health risk. The strawberry milk tea was also disappointing, lacking the fresh flavor I anticipated. The brown sugar milk tea was the only item we enjoyed.
