FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in Texas

Absolutely the WORST experience and the 4 drinks I ordered were horrible. This was our first time visiting as we live nearby and so we decided to give it a try. The drinks were terrible, two of them had no flavor whatsoever and the other two were sweet enough to put you in a diabetic coma. When I politely told the worker Olivia, she went to speak with another associate named Gracie, who I’m assuming was the manager. With me and my family clearly being able to see them talking, Gracie throws her head back and rolls her eyes. It was not subtle at all and she clearly wanted us to see. Olivia tried her best to make it right, but to avoid having any possible foreign ingredients in our new drinks, I just requested a refund. Trust me when I say this, just keep on driving to the Sonic around the corner. They have superior customer service and the drinks are always consistently great. I took a group of kids from school to Fiiz as a prize. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and patient while the students decided what to order, what size, and asked a multitude of questions. The food and drinks came out fast. We sat at a table near the couch and played some games while we enjoyed the treats. I had the Beachy Keen as a tea. Yum! Excellent customer service! Such a fun family friendly hangout. If you want a cozy, relaxed soda shoppe, this is the place. We get our drinks, my daily Diet Coke, yummy snacks and the chocolate chip cookie dough bites are my favorite! The best soda shoppe I’ve ever been to. I appreciate it’s located in Texas Heritage pkwy so I can stop off and get my drinks conveniently and not off beaten path. We also love that it’s local, Texas owned and operated family business....
