I normally order online, but due to me having a promo code that expires today for a free pizza and it saying invalid is the reason I called the store for help. I was already out making errands so instead of me going home and having to come back across town I pulled into dominoes parking lot and made the call from outside. Since the virus is still an issue to keep down possible contact is the reason I didnât go inside. The lady on the phone is nice and seem somewhat helpful...I say somewhat because later on she actually wasnât. She tryâs the code and it doesnât work. She acknowledge seeing the coupon and still within date. She then says sheâll get her manager and see why it didnât work. I wait for like 5 minutes and see another lady pick up the phone and ask can I be helped? I say yeah Iâm waiting on your manager to resolve my issue with the promo code that another one of your employees are aware of...the girl was clueless as to what I was talking about. She then says âoh, our promo code has been messing up. Iâm sorry but youâll probably have to call the 1-800 service line to resolve.â I then say âactually your employee is well aware of the situation and is getting the manager to see about the problem.â I see her put down the phone and hear her ask an employee about it and the lady says âyeah! sheâs waiting on the manager, but I donât know where he is.â I see her go to the door and open it and wave her hand at a car that had a man sitting in it for him to come in. I never see him get out the car. Unsure if he was on break or not but if he was why donât they have someone available to handle problems when the manager has stepped out? No one ever got back on the phone to reassure me someone is coming and how long itâll be? Or if the manager has stepped out. I only got the vibe of as if I had been forgotten about or no one was notified of the issue and had to keep repeating myself of the problem when another employee would pick up. After 12 minutes go by a manger finally gets on the phone unaware of the issue, so my instincts was right...I was forgotten about. Lol he ask me how can he help me and after waiting so long and feeling like my time was wasted I was over trying to get the pizza. I asked him was he not told the situation at hand? His response was no and I told him about the issue and he asked for the promo code again which is a long code. I responded she has all that information already. He turns and ask the lady about the situation and the promo code and they made like they were confused. So after 13 minutes I hung up. After ordering from them for years and the constant problems and the whole point system to just get screwed and unable to use your promo code Iâm just going to start back eating pizza paisan because Iâve never had an issue with them. I only like the idea of eating at dominos because of the point system and delivery. To know itâs useless gives me a reason not to bother with this...

My order has been made wrong 8out of 10 times, but Jonathan normally remade my order free! Till now. Kendra doesnt agree they should or that i should receive discount for my patience yells and caused a scene the last two times i went in. Left both times with no pizza or refund. Fire kendra shes a nightmare !!! I have received an apology twice via her manager but shes not been reprimanded and still threw a fit on my return for the pizz telling me she wouldn't make my pizza and for me to leave her store if i wouldn't listen to her rant from the back of the store with atleast 15ppl inside. Definitely not guaranteed satisfaction and i couldn't even get my money back. My family will Never return for fear of Kendra spitting...
   Read moreMy husband is a regular for the store. Normally we have great service, But Everytime our driver is Raymond, I never get all of our order. He comes to my house and he smells perfusely like alcohol and it's disgusting. Drinking and driving is not something I endorse, and neither should the store. Then it gets worse. So not only does he start asking about my sex life, but he started touching my daughter's hair and making lewd comments about how pretty a wife she's gonna be (she's 7!) . I seriously suggest y'all relook into this driver .I never discriminate, but I honestly don't care if he has any disorder at all. Those comments were extremely inappropriate and he shouldn't be driving at all . I guess time it's carry out? Hope you consider this as my way as being nice. I never want to leave my children...
