Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kearney

Came in today and got like 60 bucks worth of stuff. I got nearly everything big on the menu. The donut holes with the cheese in it are really quite tasty. I got me the new cantina chicken I don't remember what it was exactly. Yeah I think it was okay I mean it wasn't the best yet it was pretty good. I did get the classic dorito loco supreme which was quite good. The gorito crunch supreme was extremely good. I also got the crunchwrap supreme. I quite enjoy the contract supreme because they are quite huge. Though I do think that the crunchy taco supreme could be a bit cheaper. We Bothell got a large bag, well three tiny bags of cinnamon twist. Those are great for snacking on the way home. The staff was pretty good today. I did not get an order mishap which was very surprising. I tried the breakfast salsa and I quite like it. I think it would pair very well with anything with egg.

Most if not all taco bells one is always going to encounter an order mishap. When you are spending a fair amount you would expect to have your order right. Clearly the management does not care and lacks the skill to train the employees. Deliberately leaving off parts of the order and placing the wrong item on the tray is one of the reasons people rarely eat...

Bad Management: Lies to customers and closes stores when too busy,. Based on too many drive-through customers, long line, declaring too many customers.

Employees eat the food in the kitchen. Poorly staffed. Worked there for 3 weeks.

Caught an employee sticking his hand in the back of his pants, picking his butt, while making food with a gloved-hand. Did not go to the restroom. Did not takeoff his gloves. Did not wash his hands or at least wash his gloved-hands. Butts have bacteria on the exterior were not properly cleaned.

Assuming managers, Sam and Rhonda, still work there. Sam sometimes works at the south location because of poor staffing. Rhonda may still be the general manager. There is a third manager, I can't think of his name. He likes cold weather, appears to be an outgoing guy, interesting. Sam touches food without gloves. He also brings his entire family, including two or three kids, getting a bunch of free food for them for a meal to take home.

There's a new employee there. That's been there for months. He's a homosexual male. He looks at males funny and stares. He's desperate for male connection. I just turned my head back, looking forward, not looking back at him unnecessarily when I'm going through the...

The kid who I spoke to through the window was nice both outside the store and inside when I went in to get my order corrected I had ordered a Crunchwrap with only beef and shredded cheese specifically not nacho cheese when I received the order through the window I was given no Crunchwrap but a lil roll of meat in a tortilla and when I took this lil turd of a taco back inside to get my food I specifically instructed them no nacho cheese I received my replacement order with nacho cheese I couldn’t of been more clear and the little girl with the annoying voice who is clearly crushing on the boy in the window wanted to make snide remarks to him about me saying” he probably just wants another one” absolutely unacceptable way to speak infront of a customer who is already having issues with their work and when called out about what she said offered no apology just a draft...
