Buff City Soap — Local services in Kearney

The young girl that waited on me was very rude. When I entered the store she did not say hi or smile. I ask what the sale was because there was sign up that said BOGO 1/2 off. She said they just had not taken the sign down. I asked her if they would honor the sign. She told me no. I then told her i wanted 2 of the laundry soap and handed her the containers i brought, She attempted to mix the soap. I notice large chunks in the soap when she was mixing and she said it because of the weather. (Now when I am using the soap not very scoopable due the chunks.) She then handed me the filled containers and they were covered in soap as she did not wipe them off. Usually the girls wipe them down and carry then to the check out. Not this girl. date...

Staff was kind, fun, and accommodating, but there 2 big issues with this place: We had an appointment to make bath bombs and, when we arrived, they had no idea we were coming. Took like 20 minutes just to get set up. I think I can understand why (they said it was a communication error between staff members), but still. The bath bombs we made DYED OUR BODIES AND TUBS!!! After using them, some of us had the same experience of being dyed the color of the bath bomb and having to SCRUB our skin and our tubs to get it off. This is something I HIGHLY recommend this store fix about...

I am adoring the Buff City that just opened up here in Kearney. So much cheaper than lush or any natural soaps that they sell anywhere else and they still smell amazing. The employees are so friendly and nice there and they make the environment that much better. One of the employees I had the pleasure to meet was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and helped me all the way until I left the store with exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend if anyone loves natural soaps or gets skin problems from using name brand soap such as Dove or Olay to go...
