Kenya Sanchez should be fired based on that fact that she has zero customer service training and does not know how to handle a problem she’s an ignorant! We ordered some food and they called us to tell us they couldn’t make part of our order and we needed to cancel it, when I checked we couldn’t cancel it on the website she said there’s no way for them to refund it so i said it was annoying that we had to cancel it and she hung up on me. We went in and they had not even accepted our order she then proceeded to get mad and then ignore us and didn’t even tell us that our whole order wasn’t going to be made. We ended up calling the payment service and figuring out but I would highly suggest to not let someone who doesn’t speak English and has zero customer service experience in charge. (Update) 06/16/23 it’s been a month since my food poisoning, here and I actually now have H- Pylori from food here. My digestion didn’t fully heal over time now has an infection from not recovering. Doctor bills and Antibiotics will get me back to normal. No good.

Went with the biggest craving for a torta got there and the door was locked, I checked their sign and it said 10am-9pm, it was 8:15pm. I knocked on the door and there was people eating!!! No only that! There was an employee walking right by the door completely ignoring me and 5 other people that showed up!
