Loco Burger - Kearns — Restaurant in Kearns

I wish I could give this business more stars. They’re delicious Mexican burgers and they make a delicious and actual spicy sauce/salsa to go with the fries that I LOVE.

But, every time I try to go here, they’re never there despite the hours posted. No notes to communicate when they’ll be back and they don’t answer their phones, so if I want this place I have to drive 20-30 minutes to see if they’re just open. Sadly, when I do this they’re never there. I’m pregnant and craving loco burgers damnit!!!

I’ve never been to the salt lake location, I’ve only been to their food truck in Kearns, so I can’t say anything for the actual restaurant, but the truck is very unpredictable.

It seems like it may be a family business, so if you guys aren’t showing up because of family difficulties, I genuinely hope your family is well. But, if you’re not showing up or communicating with your costumers due to lack of business integrity, that’s definitely something that needs...

I ordered 3 burgers . The first one was plain for my little one. She seemed to like it just fine. I ordered a simply loco burger for myself I payed extra for grilled onions but it did not have grilled onions and I also thought the burger would have 🥑 avocado but no sadly it did not. The burger did not taste bad it’s just the meat was over cooked, which took away from the burger. We also ordered fries which were a bit soggy but we ordered take out so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The third burger was also missing the avocado and was over cooked. I ordered two flans, but they were missing. I called them to let them know, and they told me they will refund me no sorry or apology. If I wouldn't of called, they would’ve kept my money. All in all I think the burgers were not bad, but were not as good as I thought they’d be. I will be giving this place a second chance but I will be dining in person hoping that my experience...

Loco Burgers is definitely a dive, and honestly I want my burgers to come from a place that looks like it can cook, which Loco Moco can. They have some great burgers, I've never been unhappy with their burgers. Make sure when you order to check your extras, every time I go they're missing a dipping sauce or a side.

The price over the phone is different than what's posted online, and I couldn't order online as there was some issue, so when I placed the order over the phone I ended up paying more for my food when I had to call.
